SHIPPING

Standard processing is 7-14 business days. Packages ship every SATURDAY. We take pride in our processing times so each package is shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. 

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

If you have received a tracking number, please utilize:  USPS.com® - USPS Tracking® to track your package.

If your package has not arrived in the allotted shipping times. Please email us at support@redclayherbairy.com

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We pride ourselves on building healthy relationships with our customers so your prompt notice on any issues is very appreciated.

Please take detailed photos of your package of damaged or broken upon arrival. All customers are required to file a claim with USPS for any lost, broken, or stolen packages. All shipped packages are insured.

EXCHANGES/RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products. We DO NOT accept refunds or exchanges of any kind. However, if you have any issues with our products, please reach out to us at support@redclayherbairy.com. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
